Your Arctic Destination, Swedish Lapland, what is it really about? Basically the destination is a cooperation formed by 16 municipalities in Sweden’s Arctic and subarctic region, the northernmost part of Sweden.

In a short series we will showcase each one of the sixteen municipalities. Next out is Piteå. A place famous for great summer weather, miles of sandy beaches and terrific folks. And then, of course, we have Tage who built himself a hotel and in a way changed the town. It’s the perfect cocktail, small town life and rural explorations. .
