En \u00f6verenskommelse har nu tr\u00e4ffats med Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningen ang\u00e5ende bostadshyran f\u00f6r 2024. \u00d6verenskommelsen inneb\u00e4r att hyran h\u00f6js med 5,45 procent (3,34 procent f\u00f6r bost\u00e4der i trygghetsboende). Den nya hyresniv\u00e5n g\u00e4ller fr\u00e5n och med den 1 april 2024.<\/p>\n

Genom f\u00f6rhandling har vi kunnat minska den retroaktiva h\u00f6jningen till endast en m\u00e5nad. Eftersom aprilhyrorna redan aviserats kommer justeringarna f\u00f6r april m\u00e5nad att debiteras retroaktivt p\u00e5 maj m\u00e5nads hyresavi. Du som hyresg\u00e4st betalar hyresh\u00f6jningen f\u00f6r april tillsammans med den nya hyran f\u00f6r maj p\u00e5 den kommande hyresavin som skickas ut till dig i b\u00f6rjan av april.<\/p>\n

I de f\u00f6rhandlade hyrorna ing\u00e5r ers\u00e4ttning till Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningen f\u00f6r f\u00f6rhandlingsarbetet med 144 kronor per l\u00e4genhet och \u00e5r. Beloppet kommer att \u00f6vers\u00e4ndas till Hyresg\u00e4stf\u00f6reningen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
