Heavy Tipper:n kom till Malmberget f\u00f6r att, i n\u00e4ra samverkan med Scania, kunna testas och utvecklas p\u00e5 plats i de speciella milj\u00f6er som v\u00e5r verksamhet inneb\u00e4r.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-container paragraph\">\n    Stig Hoffner \u00e4r den som testk\u00f6rt lastbilen sedan starten i december 2022:\u00a0<br \/>\u2013 \u00d6verlag har det fungerat bra mekaniskt och driftsm\u00e4ssigt. Framf\u00f6r allt \u00e4r det ju en helt annan f\u00f6rarmilj\u00f6 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med diesellastbilarna \u2013 h\u00e4r \u00e4r tyst och lugnt. Dessutom kr\u00e4ver den mindre daglig tillsyn.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-container paragraph\">\n    En av kn\u00e4ckfr\u00e5gorna i testerna av elfordon \u00e4r att de inte bara ska vara b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6r klimat och arbetsmilj\u00f6, utan ocks\u00e5 klara av att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla samma produktivitet som de dieseldrivna motsvarigheterna. Fram till nu har drygt 300\u00a0000 ton material k\u00f6rts med Heavy Tippern; v\u00e4l godk\u00e4nt \u00f6ver testperioden. Och varje lass, varje skift, har loggats f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra en grundlig utv\u00e4rdering.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-container paragraph\">\n    \u2013 R\u00e4ckviddsm\u00e4ssigt har jag k\u00f6rt ungef\u00e4r 15-20 lass per skift, och d\u00e5 laddar jag den en g\u00e5ng om dagen, n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 lunchm\u00e4ssigt. D\u00e5 r\u00e4cker det gott och v\u00e4l, s\u00e4ger Stig Hoffner.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-container paragraph\">\n    \u2013 Vi \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt n\u00f6jda med hur det har g\u00e5tt, \u00e4ven i v\u00e5rt kalla vinterklimat, s\u00e4ger Peter Gustavsson, projektledare f\u00f6r elektrifieringen av Malmbergsgruvan.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-container paragraph\">\n    Testerna har ocks\u00e5 lett till ett antal l\u00e4rdomar, b\u00e5de f\u00f6r LKAB och leverant\u00f6ren:\u00a0<br \/>\u2013 En sak vi st\u00f6tte p\u00e5 \u00e4r problem med f\u00f6r kall olja i hydrauliken p\u00e5 bakluckan, som uppstod eftersom vi inte har \u00f6verskottsv\u00e4rmen som dieselmotor ger. Ingen hade f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5tt det problemet, men det l\u00f6stes med hj\u00e4lp av en tillskottsv\u00e4rmare p\u00e5 hydraultanken. En annan sak som vi l\u00e4rde oss var att man m\u00e5ste b\u00f6rja motionera bilens bromsar eftersom de s\u00e4llan beh\u00f6ver anv\u00e4ndas, nu regenererar man tillbaka energin till batteriet i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r anv\u00e4nda bromsen.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-container paragraph\">\n    Totalt har det sparats in ungef\u00e4r 30\u00a0000 kg i koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp bara i och med de h\u00e4r testerna.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"small-container paragraph\">\n    \u2013 N\u00e4sta steg \u00e4r nu att utv\u00e4rdera samma lastbil ocks\u00e5 under jord. Till h\u00f6sten kommer en ny, st\u00f6rre Heavy Tipper med fyra axlar, cirka 40 tons lastkapacitet, ett dubbelt s\u00e5 stort batteripack och h\u00f6gre laddningshastighet.
