Vi har ambitionen att bygga 300 l\u00e4genheter i ett nytt omr\u00e5de i Gr\u00e5bo Furulund i Visby. Omr\u00e5det kommer att heta Gl\u00e4ntan och namnet anspelar p\u00e5 de gr\u00f6na omgivningarna som ska bevaras och utvecklas. Vi har ocks\u00e5 planterat tr\u00e4d som ska ge viss avsk\u00e4rmning till bygget f\u00f6r de boende i det befintliga omr\u00e5det. <\/p>\n
Nu p\u00e5g\u00e5r detaljplanearbetet tillsammans med Region Gotland. Det \u00e4r en process som ska mynna ut i en bygglovsans\u00f6kan. Arbetet med att faktiskt b\u00f6rja bygga bost\u00e4derna ligger allts\u00e5 ett par \u00e5r fram i tiden. <\/p>\n
