F\u00f6r villor och fritidshus m\u00e4ts prisutvecklingen genom att f\u00f6lja f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen av <i>K\/T-talet<\/i>, det vill s\u00e4ga kvoten mellan pris (k\u00f6pesumma) och taxeringsv\u00e4rdet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r villor och bostadsr\u00e4tter redovisar vi tre m\u00e5naders prisutveckling, f\u00f6r fritidshus tolv m\u00e5nader. <\/p>\n<p>Samtliga uppgifter om antal f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar, prisutveckling och slutpriser redovisas som <i>glidande medelv\u00e4rden<\/i>. F\u00f6r villor och bostadsr\u00e4tter handlar det om ett medelv\u00e4rde f\u00f6r de senaste tre m\u00e5naderna, f\u00f6r fritidshus tolv m\u00e5nader.
