Notera att det p\u00e5 grund av f\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar saknas uppgifter om prisf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar f\u00f6r bostadsr\u00e4tter i elva av l\u00e4nets 14 kommuner. <\/p>\n<h3>Priserna p\u00e5 villor \u00f6kar k\u00e4nnbart   <\/h3>\n<p>Villapriserna steg mellan juli och september med <mark class=\"highlight\">4 procent<\/mark> i Norrbottens l\u00e4n.
