Det uppskattas, menar Emma, eftersom det ocks\u00e5 \u00f6ppnar f\u00f6r samtal hemma.<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\">Att bli kock har alltid varit sj\u00e4lvklart f\u00f6r Emma. Redan i l\u00e5gstadiet lagade hon middag till familjen och efter gymnasiets restaurangutbildning blev det m\u00e5nga \u00e5r i branschen. Sedan 2022 jobbar hon i Lule\u00e5 kommuns k\u00f6k, d\u00e4r hon hittat sin plats.<br \/>\u2013 H\u00e4r k\u00e4nns det som att driva min egen restaurang. Jag f\u00e5r best\u00e4lla, planera och laga maten, med barnen som g\u00e4ster. Det \u00e4r verkligen ett dr\u00f6mjobb, s\u00e4ger hon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\">Den 24 september utses \u00c5rets lokala mathj\u00e4lte under invigningen av CHARM-fabriken i \u00c4lvsbyn \u2013 en ny m\u00f6tesplats och ett foodlab f\u00f6r framtidens h\u00e5llbara matsystem.i \u00c4lvsbyn. Emma ser fram emot kv\u00e4llen med viss nervositet.<br \/>\u2013 Jag \u00e4r van att st\u00e5 i kulisserna, inte p\u00e5 scen. Men det ska bli j\u00e4ttekul.
