Stipendiet tilldelas denna g\u00e5ng Mats Henriksson, tr\u00e4nare f\u00f6r pojkar f\u00f6dda 2016 i IFK Lule\u00e5. \u00a0Priset delades ut av IFK Lule\u00e5s klubbchef Monika Visser under herrlagets match mot IFK \u00d6stersund den g\u00e5ngna helgen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hans och Ingemars ledarstipendium delas \u00e5rligen ut till en ungdomsledare som genom sitt ideella engagemang utm\u00e4rkt sig p\u00e5 ett positivt s\u00e4tt i Hans och Ingemars anda.<\/p>\n

\u00c5rets stipendiat \u00e4r Mats Henriksson, tr\u00e4nare f\u00f6r P2016. Han har med sitt ledarskap p\u00e5 ett f\u00f6red\u00f6mligt s\u00e4tt skapat en utvecklande milj\u00f6 f\u00f6r spelarna i laget, alltid med en positiv och l\u00f6sningsinriktad inst\u00e4llning.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Stort tack f\u00f6r att jag blivit tilldelad Hans och Ingemars ledarstipendium. Jag k\u00e4nner gl\u00e4dje att f\u00e5 ta emot denna utm\u00e4rkelse d\u00e5 jag har haft Hans Boman som tr\u00e4nare i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r i IFK och som gjort ett stort avtryck p\u00e5 mig med sitt engagemang, byggande av laganda, k\u00e4mpagl\u00f6d och respekt. Ledare som Ingemar och Hans \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktiga i f\u00f6reningsidrotten.<\/p>\n

Mats ber\u00e4ttar att hans egen karri\u00e4r p\u00e5 fotbollsplanen tog slut i f\u00f6rtid med en skada vid 25 \u00e5rs \u00e5lder. I dag k\u00e4nner han gl\u00e4dje och tacksamhet \u00f6ver att kunna bidra till fotbollen igen, nu som tr\u00e4nare f\u00f6r pojkar f\u00f6dda 2016.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Ledarstipendiet ger mig inspiration och forts\u00e4tta utvecklas och skapa en trygg, l\u00e4rande och gl\u00e4djefylld milj\u00f6 f\u00f6r pojkarna i laget tillsammans med mina tr\u00e4nar- och ledarkollegor.<\/p>\n
