Det har nyligen f\u00f6rts fram olika bilder av hur IFK Lule\u00e5 ser p\u00e5 vintertr\u00e4ning inom barn- och ungdomsfotbollen. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r vill vi tydligg\u00f6ra hur vi arbetar och vilka principer som pr\u00e4glar v\u00e5r verksamhet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

IFK Lule\u00e5 utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n att fotboll \u00e4r en \u00e5ret-runt-idrott. De barn och ungdomar som vill och har m\u00f6jlighet att tr\u00e4na fotboll \u00e4ven under vinterperioden ska ges f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att g\u00f6ra det, vilket ocks\u00e5 redan sker i dag i flera av f\u00f6reningens lag.<\/p>\n

V\u00e5r barn- och ungdomsverksamhet bedrivs med ett tydligt fokus p\u00e5 kvalitet, struktur och l\u00e5ngsiktig utveckling. Samtidigt v\u00e4rnar vi ett starkt barn- och helhetsperspektiv. Under vinterhalv\u00e5ret ska det finnas utrymme f\u00f6r att kombinera fotboll med andra idrotter, utan att barn och ungdomar ska beh\u00f6va v\u00e4lja bort n\u00e5got. Fotbollens huvuds\u00e4song i IFK Lule\u00e5 str\u00e4cker sig fr\u00e5n v\u00e5r till h\u00f6st, medan vinterperioden pr\u00e4glas av frivillighet, variation och samverkan.<\/p>\n

I IFK Lule\u00e5 utg\u00e5r arbetet i de yngre \u00e5ldrarna fr\u00e5n att alla spelare som tillh\u00f6r ett lag ska ges m\u00f6jlighet till utveckling i b\u00e5de tr\u00e4ning och matchmilj\u00f6. Det inneb\u00e4r att vi undviker tidig selektering och i st\u00e4llet fokuserar p\u00e5 att bygga tekniska, fysiska och mentala f\u00e4rdigheter \u00f6ver tid. V\u00e5r ambition \u00e4r att skapa s\u00e5 goda f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar som m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r varje individ att utvecklas utifr\u00e5n sina egna f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar.<\/p>\n

Vi arbetar kontinuerligt med att utveckla v\u00e5ra arbetss\u00e4tt inom barn- och ungdomsfotbollen, med m\u00e5let att erbjuda en utbildningsmilj\u00f6 av h\u00f6g kvalitet, anpassad efter de resurser och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar som finns. Under vinterhalv\u00e5ret uppmuntrar vi till tr\u00e4ning med egna laget och \u00e4ven deltagande i de gemensamma tr\u00e4ningsformer som finns genom Lule\u00e5 Fotbollsallians.<\/p>\n

IFK Lule\u00e5 ser engagerade tr\u00e4nare och ledare som en stor tillg\u00e5ng i f\u00f6reningen. Tr\u00e4nare som har tid, vilja och m\u00f6jlighet att erbjuda m\u00e5nga tr\u00e4ningstillf\u00e4llen till sina lag uppskattas och uppmuntras, inom ramen f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningens v\u00e4rderingar och arbetss\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n

IFK Lule\u00e5s m\u00e5l \u00e4r att s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som m\u00f6jligt ska vilja spela fotboll s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge som m\u00f6jligt \u2013 och samtidigt f\u00e5 en gedigen fotbollsutbildning i en trygg och utvecklande milj\u00f6.<\/p>\n
