European Festival of the Night 2024 i Korpilombolo firar 20-\u00e5rs jubileum i \u00e5r. Festivalen invigdes i s\u00f6ndags och den p\u00e5g\u00e5r 1-13 december.\u00a0 Guillermo Reyes, Colombias ambassad\u00f6r i Sverige, invigde festivalen. Det finns en koppling mellan Columbia och Korpilombolo, eftersom poeten L\u00e9on de Greiff skrev om \u201cGaspar av Natten\u201d. \u00a0Gaspar fantiserade om en s\u00e4rskild plats p\u00e5 jorden,
om \u201dden absoluta tillflyktsorten, d\u00e4r m\u00f6rkret och natten r\u00e5der\u201d och d\u00e4r han helst
skulle vara den ende inv\u00e5naren. Han fann svenska Korpilombolo p\u00e5 kartan och flydde
dit.<\/p>\n

Den tv\u00e5 veckor l\u00e5nga festivalen har systrarna Nylund, Karin, Linn\u00e9a och M\u00e4rta Nylund arrangerat tillsammans med andra volont\u00e4rer under alla \u00e5r. Programmet inneh\u00e5ller m\u00e5nga intressanta programpunkter. P\u00e5 tisdag 3\/12 kl. 20.15 blir det filmvisningar med dokument\u00e4rserien \u201cAlias Tornedalen\u201d och dansfilmen \u201cOtillg\u00e4nglighetspunkten\u201d. Producenten Linnea Huhta n\u00e4rvarar visningen f\u00f6r \u201cAlias Tornedalen\u201d och regiss\u00f6ren Hilde van Amelsvoort ber\u00e4ttar om sin poetiska kortfilm \u201cOtillg\u00e4nglighetspunkten\u201d. P\u00e5 torsdag kv\u00e4ll 12\/12 visar regiss\u00f6r Gunilla Bresky sin senaste dokument\u00e4rfilm \u201cVi \u00e4r fortfarande h\u00e4r\u201d kl. 19.30 i Medborgarhuset i Korpilombolo.<\/p>\n
