Genom att arrangera Summit h\u00e4r i Ume\u00e5, d\u00e4r vi har b\u00e5de Restaurangh\u00f6gskolan, Ume\u00e5 universitet och en framst\u00e5ende restaurangscen, vill vi b\u00e5de f\u00e5 och sprida viktiga perspektiv och l\u00f6sningar, s\u00e4ger Elvira Lindqvist, kock och ordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r Framtidens Krogkultur.<\/p>\n<p>Programmet, som \u00e4ger rum p\u00e5 Bl\u00e5 Huset, \u00e4r fullsp\u00e4ckat med f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningar, panelsamtal och workshops. Fokus \u00e4r att st\u00e4rka ledarskap och personalutveckling \u2013 avg\u00f6rande omr\u00e5den f\u00f6r branschens kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning. Summit 2025 syftar ocks\u00e5 till att skapa m\u00f6ten mellan unga som \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g in i restaurangbranschen och etablerade kr\u00f6gare, n\u00e4ringslivet, producenter och utbildningsanordnare.<\/p>\n<p>Alla som arbetar i eller har intresse f\u00f6r restaurangbranschen \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna till Summit 2025. Deltagare f\u00e5r en unik m\u00f6jlighet att ta del av v\u00e4rdefulla insikter och verktyg f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka sin verksamhet. Sex av Sveriges fr\u00e4msta kockar kommer att skapa en unik meny baserad p\u00e5 norrl\u00e4ndska r\u00e5varor i samarbete med Gotthards Krog.
