Detta trots att bostadsmarknaden under mars till maj, historiskt sett, varit f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandevis lugn. <\/p>\n<p> De s\u00e5lda fritidshusen i V\u00e4sterbottens l\u00e4n hade ett genomsnittligt pris p\u00e5 <mark class=\"highlight\">2,1\u00a0miljoner kronor<\/mark>. Notera att det p\u00e5 grund av f\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar saknas uppgifter om prisf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar f\u00f6r fritidshus i tolv av l\u00e4nets 15 kommuner. <\/p>\n<h3>Priserna p\u00e5 bostadsr\u00e4tter minskar k\u00e4nnbart  <\/h3>\n<p>Priserna p\u00e5 bostadsr\u00e4tter har g\u00e5tt ner i V\u00e4sterbottens l\u00e4n.
